Pool Area Reopening

The Bridlevale Board of Directors is pleased to announce the pool located on Loma Linda Rd. will be open for limited use starting Thursday, April 1, 2021. Attached is a copy of the updated pool rules. Please read the updated policy carefully.

Unless you have already done so, all homeowners must sign the attached waiver and email it back to Temecula@avalonweb.com before entering the pool facility.

You may also mail a signed copy to the Temecula office at:

Temecula, CA 92590

Security will be on-site to monitor pool occupancy and verify a valid waiver has been signed. Please be advised, any waivers signed over the weekend will not be received until the next business day.

The health and safety of our homeowners and residents are of utmost importance. If the policies cannot be followed, the Bridlevale Board of Directors will have no choice but to close the pool facilities. Stay safe and have a wonderful summer!

Important Notice Regarding Assessment Coupon Books

This message is for those residents that pay using the annual coupon book.  This does not affect anyone already using auto-debit/ACH, their bank's bill pay service, or through PayLease/Zego. 
 
All coupon books were ordered on December 4th, however due to Covid the supplier of the coupon books has had to operate with fewer staff members than needed.  In addition, due to both the holidays and Covid affecting the post office, what would normally take 3-5 business days to deliver the mail is now taking 2-3 weeks. 
 
Remember most communities allow until the 15th of the month before a payment is considered late.


If you would like to mail in your payment before you receive a coupon book you can mail it to the bank:

You may also drop it off in the drop boxes located at our Canyon Lake, Temecula, or Oceanside office.


Pay Online.
 
You may also sign up to pay online by clicking the “My Account” Icon, then Log On, then Login.   Please be aware that before you can sign up for automatic payment, your account must have a zero balance.  Please make any balance due payments by check, and then come back and sign up for auto-draft.  You can make a one-time payment online, but there are small fees charged by the third party provider that processes credit and debit cards for the Association.
 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding while we all deal with the effects of Covid 19.

After careful consideration and planning, the Bridlevale Board of Directors is pleased to announce the pool located on Loma Linda Rd. will be open for limited use starting Friday, June 26, 2020. Attached is a copy of the updated pool rules. Please read the updated policy carefully.

After careful consideration and planning, the Bridlevale Board of Directors is pleased to announce the pool located on Loma Linda Rd. will be open for limited use next week. At this time, management is coordinating with janitorial and security in order to open the pools. Additional information and updated pool rules will be sent to all homeowners via email next week.

Fitness Trail Adjacent to Pool is Open

As of April 20, 2020, the Riverside County Department of Public Health has announced certain recreational activities in Riverside County, including the use of trails and parks for hiking and biking is permitted. The fitness trail directly adjacent to the community pool is now open for access. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while we navigate through this pandemic together.

Pool Parking Lot - Closed Monday, May 11, 2020 for Seal Coating

The pool parking lot located at 31573 Loma Linda Rd. will be closed on Monday, May 11, 2020 for asphalt seal coating. Vehicles parked in the parking lot will be towed at the owners expense. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Pool and Fitness Park Temporarily Closed

​The pool and fitness park are temporarily closed due to concerns with COVID – 19. The decision to reopen the amenities will be considered on a weekly basis as information develops.
