Bridlevale General Information
Bridlevale Homeowners Association is a California non-profit corporation consisting of those owners of homes within the ultimate boundaries of Bridlevale. Bridlevale is nestled in the heart of Redhawk Community Association but is not considered a part of Redhawk. Bridlevale amenities include a tot-lot; pool, spa & wader and a three acre Fitness Park with picnic tables and barbecues.
The primary roles of the Association are to maintain aesthetic control, enforce the governing documents, and care for Association owned common area.
The Association is governed by a five member Community Board, made up of owners and elected by the membership to two year staggered terms. The Board meets 11 times a year (no December meeting), on the second Wednesday of each month (unless it is a holiday) at 5:30 PM at the Temecula office of Avalon Management, 43529 Ridge Park Drive, Temecula, CA 92590
The Board uses the service of a professional association Management Company to run the day to day operations. Should you have a concern or question regarding Bridlevale HOA, please contact:

Architectural Issues:
Architectural decisions, including approving Home Improvement Applications, are made by an Architectural Committee, compromised of three homeowners that are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Architectural Committee meet on an as needed basis to review homeowner submitted Home Improvement applications that are processed through the Management Company. The Architectural Review Committee has 60 days in which to approve an application. Therefore, Homeowners are encouraged to seek approval well in advanced of their contractors proposed start date.
Violations:
The Board of Directors has directed the Management Company to perform inspections of the community twice monthly to ensure there are no violations of the governing documents. If a violation is found, the Management Company will issue a letter to the owner, this is the start of Bridlevale’s enforcement policies. If you receive such a letter, it is generally due to one of these inspections. While no one likes getting this type of letter, it is through this process that your property values are maintained.
Common Area:
The Association is responsible for maintaining all common areas, which are primarily located off Loma Linda Road at the pool and neighboring Fitness Park. There are also slopes that are maintained behind the homes on Loma Linda adjacent to the pool and Fitness Park, a small green belt off Via Coronado, the monument off Redhawk Parkway/Via Cordoba and slopes behind Corte Sevrina adjacent to the City Sports Park.
General Information:
The pool heaters are activated March 1 weather permitting and scheduled to be turned off October 31. Pool hours Sunday – Thursday, 6 am to 10 p.m., Friday & Saturday, 6 am to 11 p.m.
The Association has contracted with Allied Universal Security to monitor the pool eight hours a day during the summer months. Due to ongoing vandalism, the hours vary from day to day and shall not be published. However, should homeowners like to report an incident to Allied Universal Security you may contact the Temecula office at (951) 343-5817.
